Trust in God

Celebrate Recovery (CR) uses insights gained from the Bible to help us identify and deal with hurts, hangups and habits (H-H-H) in our lives.  In order to "deal with these issues", we must rely upon the power of God's Word along with the 8 CR Principles and the 12 Steps.


Trust in God's guidance and support is essential (Hebrews 11:6 -- "But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him".)


In the CR journey, we must realize that God wants the broken parts of our lives to be returned to wholeness.  God gives us the courage, the strength, and the comfort for us to give Him the control of our lives as outlined in the 8 Principles of CR and the 12 Steps (Philippians 2:13 -- "For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good purpose".)
